Revd. Dr Canon Timothy O. Olonade is driven by the passion for proclaiming God’s word worldwide, championing Christ's global cause in every local church, and raising discipled followers of Jesus from every nation. He is an ardent follower of Jesus, a Bible Teacher, Pastor, Author, husband and father. CTO is known for his convincing teaching on the positive impact of God’s word on all cultures. Timothy Olonade served in the leadership team of one of African foremost indigenous missions group, CAPRO, between 1986 and 2000. He headed the Nigeria Evangelical Missions Association is its Pioneer Executive Secretary/CEO from 2000 to 2012. Timothy Olonade voluntarily exited NEMA after he founded El-Rehoboth Global Leadership Foundation and the M2414 Initiative for Final Harvest in 2011 to give undivided attention to Frontier Mission Mobilization, Leadership Development and Mentoring – mobilizing, training and releasing a missionary force in and from the global south. In pursuit of his passion for mentoring and multiplying Christlike leaders in Africa, Uncle Tim (as he often called) birthed (and currently leads the Coordinating Team of) Africa Mentoring Initiative – a mission and mentoring network of leaders towards a Christlike Transformation of Africa: www.africamentoring.org Timothy serves on the Global Leadership Team of the Pastoral Mentoring International Network and a member of the Global Round Table Fellowship of Mentor Link International. Timothy holds a PhD in Intercultural Studies. He is a Canon in the Anglican Communion, Jos Diocese where he lives with his wife, Hannah, a fellow missionary who lives and raised their adult children.

Ada Babajide is a Certified Faith-based Counselor, Christian Life Coach, Trauma healing facilitator, Mentor, and Entrepreneur. She studied industrial mathematics and taught briefly before venturing into business in Lagos, Nigeria's printing and agricultural sectors. She is deeply passionate about helping Women in midlife fulfil their life purpose through her teaching, writing and mentoring programs. She is the visionary behind the Women Mentoring Network, an online platform that connects young Christian women to trained mentors committed to investing in the next generation. Ada Babajide's journey as a multiple trauma survivor has profoundly shaped her pastoral ministry. She brings her unique perspective and experience to her work, serving alongside her husband, Ayo Babajide. As the Executive Director of Closing Gaps, a non-profit organization based in Lagos, Nigeria, Ada Babajide is dedicated to providing outreach programs for children's and women's training events and Pass it on seminars for ministers. She aims to empower individuals and organizations with the right mindset, skills, and resources to achieve optimal results in the Great Commission.
Her ministry responsibilities span several countries along the West African coast. She is privileged to serve on MentorLink International's Global Leadership team. She is happily married with six children.

Tim, an African-born Canadian, served with SIM in Ethiopia and now leads MentorLink Canada, supporting Christian leadership and discipleship.

African born and raised but a citizen of Canada, Tim returned with his young family to Ethiopia with SIM during Communist years as a theological educator and development worker. He witnessed much of God's blessing and experienced much joy in being part of the development of men and women who became committed workers in God's Kingdom. In Ethiopia, he served as the founder and academic dean of a rural Bible college and the principal of a college in the capital city. He also served as the SIM Ethiopia advisor for the vast network of formal and non-formal programs of the Ethiopian Kale Heywet Church. In Canada, he served in missionary preparation and sending and as the director of a non-formal church-based Bible school. Before moving to his current role, he served SIM globally as the theological education advisor. Reflecting on his experience, he became increasingly aware of the critical need both in formal training for ministry and in missionary sending that unless there is individualized, committed support to help people be apprentices of Jesus, there will be gaps and weaknesses. Today, he is finding joy in serving as the Executive Director of MentorLink Canada and using what God has given him to help others on their journey.

Pierre Célestin M. Ntoko Tongo is a reverend-pastor, ordained on May 6, 2001 in Dakar, Senegal, where he served as the Pastor of the Baptist Church of Dakar (EBD), President of the Evangelical Youth of Senegal (JES), Director of the Evangelical Missionary Center (CEM), the Bible School of the Senegalese Baptist Association (AEBS), as teacher of Evangelical Institute of Theology of Senegal (ITES), as teacher of Forbidec, the decentralized training of the Bible Institute of Geneva (IBG). He left Senegal on January 4, 2012, to serve in Maroua, Cameroon (his native country), in the far-north as the local representative of the Junta de Missoes Mundiais (JMM) of the Brazilian Baptist Convention (CBB), teacher and mobilizer for the mission. On July 27, 2016, he was sent to Lomé-Togo, due to the partnership between the Brazilian Baptist Convention and the Togolese Baptist Convention (CBT). He taught at the Baptist School of Theology of West Africa (ESBTAO) and at the Bible Baptist Institute of Togo (IBBT) in the center of the country. Since August 08, 2021, he has been sent back to Senegal to supervise the Churches of the Brazilian Baptist Mission in Senegal (MBBS). He gives part of his time to MentorLink International (MLI), Africa Mentoring Initiative (AMI), and to African Strategic Discipleship Movement (ASDM), and is available wherever God calls. Pierre Celestin is an alumnus of Haggai Institute (2004). He holds a M.A. in Pastoral Ministry from Master's International University of Divinity (MIUD), Kimberlane, Indiana, and is currently working on his Doctorate in Innovative Leadership at Bakke Graduate University (BGU), Dallas, Texas. Pierre Célestin is faithful follower of the Lord Jesus Christ, a mentee, a mentor, and author. He is married to Prudentienne and they have three children: Raphaëla, Josias and Jesse.

Simdinatome M’gliwè serves as the Regional Director for J-Life Africa in French-speaking West Africa, a disciple-making movement committed to training, coaching, and mentoring leaders across the continent. In his role, he oversees operations in eight countries within the region and contributes to the continental lead team. Additionally, he is a lead team member at Concentric Global, an alliance dedicated to disciple-making movements worldwide. Since 2016, M’gliwè has been a part of the Round Table fellowship of MentorLink. He pursued his education at Ecole Biblique International representated in Togo, and completed the Global Proclamation Academy at Dallas Theological Seminary. In 2014, he received training on mentoring and listening abilities under Dr. Leighton Ford in Apple Hills, Charlotte, North Carolina. M’gliwè has also served as the Regional Contact Person for the Lausanne Movement Younger Leaders in Francophone West Africa. He is an internationally recognized speaker across Africa and beyond, and currently leads the Restored Community for Christ church in Togo. With academic qualifications in banking, finance, Pastor M’gliwè is also a seasoned entrepreneur, coach, and mentor to businesspeople and entrepreneurs. Despite facing personal challenges, including the recent loss of his beloved wife Rhoder, leaving behind five children, his faith in Jesus remains steadfast. He draws strength from his children, who have become his source of hope and resilience. Inspired by Acts 20:24, M’gliwè’s journey reflects a life dedicated to service, growth, and the empowerment of others through his diverse experiences and leadership roles.

Born in 1954 in Ambo Town, Ethiopia, Alemayehu Goshu's life journey is marked by education, teaching, and leadership in ministry. Despite facing challenges such as imprisonment and persecution under the communist regime, he began his educational path in Addis Ababa after completing grade school in Gendeberet. He continued his studies at Shemenles Habete High School and graduated from Teachers Training College in 1978. From 1979 to 1989, Alemayehu taught at Bole Community School until political persecution led him to transition to the Ethiopian Kale Heywot Church head office. He served there as a project officer for six years before becoming an outreach coordinator for nine years. He then joined SIM Ethiopia as an outreach and training section coordinator for 16 years until his retirement. He continues his work in leadership training, focusing on developing materials in collaboration with organizations like FTL and MLI, with approval from the Ministry of Peace. Alongside his career, Alemayehu pursued theological education, earning diplomas and degrees from Evangelical Theological College, Africa Leadership Management Academy (ALMA) in Zimbabwe, and Telo University USA. He holds degrees in leadership management, divinity, and is completing a Doctor of Ministry. Alemayehu has authored six books, including works on evangelism, leadership, and Christian life. Married in 1981, he and his wife raised four children, eight grandchildren, and provided care for three orphaned children. His dedication to education, ministry, and family spans over 70 years, reflecting a life committed to service and leadership in Ethiopia.
